NEXTGEN Connect will be the primary distribution partner for Freshworks in Australia and New Zealand, providing access to the Nasdaq-listed company's artificial intelligence-powered service software solutions across the region.
The agreement will see NEXTGEN Connect, an Exclusive Networks company, leverage its channel services model to bring Freshworks' products to mid-market and enterprise companies through its partner network.
"We are super excited to be partnering with Freshworks' range of intuitive AI-powered service software," Wendy O'Keeffe, NEXTGEN Connect's managing director said.
"Our partnership with Freshworks has come together to help build, develop and scale the partner landscape in Australia and New Zealand," O'Keeffe added.
NEXTGEN will deploy its three core offerings to support the partnership: oSpace for pipeline generation, Elastic Digital for brand awareness, and its Amazon Web Services practice for Cloud Marketplace transactions.
Freshworks currently seeks to accelerate AI adoption among Australian and New Zealand businesses.
According to Freshworks' AI Workplace Report, 48 per cent of Australian employees feel AI adoption is happening too slowly in their organisations, limiting its potential to drive efficiency.
"Freshworks is committed to making AI more accessible to the businesses in Australia who've historically been underserved and overcharged by legacy software providers," the company's head of partners and alliances for ANZ, Neels Du Plooy, said.
Our partnership with NEXTGEN is a key step in helping businesses get a return on their AI investment more quickly," Du Ploy added.
The partnership will be reinforced by NEXTGEN's proactive partner engagement approach, including dedicated partner development managers and partner-led professional services.
