AI-infused security vendor Darktrace has decided on NEXTGEN to distribute its wares in Australia.
Darktrace already used the distie to bring its “Enterprise Immune System” offering in New Zealand, but has now decided that NEXTGEN can do the job on the big island too.
“Security teams across the globe are struggling to keep pace with the speed and sophistication of the modern cyber-threat” said Hayley Turner, Darktrace’s Australian country manager. “With NEXTGEN’s unparalleled expertise and presence in the region, we’re confident that our partnership will empower more organizations to fight back against cyber-attacks”.
NEXTGEN managing director Gavin Lawless said Darktrace’s products are “an ideal fit for NEXTGEN's advanced enterprise software strategy.”
“As cybersecurity continues to be a critical focus in IT with many new entrants, we’re excited to extend the Darktrace engagement into Australia to provide a best-in-class solution to manage this challenging environment.”
Darktrace is already busy: the company has also added a Perth office to its Sydney and Melbourne presences.
M.tech also distributes Darktrace in Australia. NEXTGEN’s other pure-play security vendors are Bitdefender, Cybereason, Netskope and Skybox.
