NextDC today announced that it has completed expansion of its Sydney and Melbourne data centres, adding two new halls.
Capacity in the M1 Melbourne facility has now increased to 5000m2 of raised floor space, with a fifth hall now complete. The new hall adds 1000m2 and brings capacity to 10MW, according to a press release.
In the S1 Sydney facility a second hall has been completed, adding 1400m2 of space. Total capacity in the Sydney facility is now at 2800m2.
According to today's statement, NextDC now has 19.65MW of capacity across its five data centres, with potential for 35.35MW.
