Promapp has revealed it has 60 Australian and New Zealand local councils using its software, as it adds another member to its local team.
The cloud-based business process management platform is used for managing such things as incidents, customer complaints, risk and compliance. Users in Australia include Coca-Cola Amatil, Ricoh and Toyota Financial Services.
Promapp now has five sales and support executives in the country, and has recently appointed Rudy Orange as business development manager for NSW.
Before joining Promapp in June, Orange held a similar role at physical security provider MSS Security. Before that he was managing director at auditing firm SynoSure.
