Distributor Multimedia Technology has been appointed as the newest Australian distributor for mobile device accessories manufacturer Brenthaven.
Brenthaven offers ruggedised cases, sleeves and other accessories for tablets, laptops and Chromebooks tailored for the education market.
The distie (MMT) was appointed with the intent of reaching its resellers in the corporate, government and education markets.
In a press release, MMT Exclusive Brands manager Andrew McGregor said, “MMT has been supporting education resellers across Australia in delivering device protection solutions for over 10 years.”
“Brenthaven’s range further consolidates MMT as the destination for protection solutions. The partnership with Brenthaven expands our range to cater for more Apple based solutions, given their success with Apple in the US we see it as a great fit for our education channel partners.”
Brenthaven claims its Edge series range has been drop-tested to withstand falls up to six feet, exceeding military standard MIL-STD-810 G. They are also designed for hardware from Apple, Microsoft’s Surface range, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Samsung, Acer, Asus and more.
“There is a great opportunity for the Brenthaven portfolio in Australia, we have chosen Multimedia Technology to assist in getting Brenthaven to a wider audience,” Brenthaven APAC region manager Zack Yannello said.
