Logicalis and Thomas Duryea have rebranded with a new name following the merger between the two companies.
The combined company will now trade as Thomas Duryea Logicalis.
Newly appointed chief operating officer Michael Chanter said the merger "presents significant opportunities to extend the reach of both businesses into new markets."
“Thomas Duryea Logicalis is a new company that builds on the entrepreneurial culture and style of TD whilst leveraging the global strength and reach of Logicalis," he said.
Thomas Duryea Logicalis is still on the lookout for a new chief executive following the departure of Logicalis boss Basil Reilly in September. Former Thomas Duryea chief executive Andrew Thomas is an adviser to the board.
Logicalis announced plans to acquire Melbourne-headquartered Thomas Duryea for $17 million in December last year, with plans to merge the two IT solutions providers.
