Mercy Health taps Melbourne-based Data Agility for managed services

Melbourne-based data analytics and information management provider Data Agility has been engaged to provide around-the-clock managed services for Mercy Health’s clinical environment.

The agreement will see Data Agility deliver continuous monitoring and proactive incident resolution, along with escalation management, routine maintenance and detailed reporting across Mercy Health’s clinical integration environment.

Dr Paul Jurman, CIO at Mercy Health, said the collaboration represented a key milestone in Mercy Health’s Digital Strategy which aims to deliver resilient, high performing digital platforms and expand the organisation’s data and integration capabilities.

“By introducing specialist integration support now, we’re on target to meet our priorities to strengthen the digital foundations required for later phases of transformation,” he said.

“We are delighted our earlier project-based work with Mercy Health has progressed to a managed services arrangement, and we look forward to evolving our services in line with its strategic roadmap," John Neville, MD of Data Agility said.
