Technology consultancy Restive has announced the expansion of its research and experience design division, with a senior appointment and the launch of a new industry-first skillset and engagement model for clients.

Florencia Mostaccio has been promoted to the newly-created role of head of research and experience design, having started in her new role in June this year.

In this position, she leads a dedicated research and experience offering for clients, joining Restive's leadership team and reporting directly to managing director Stuart Oliver.

With over 10 years of experience in design, Florencia has led research and design engagements for a wide range of clients, including Coles Group, Bed Bath N' Table, JB Hi-Fi, Super Retail Group, and Debenhams.

The expanded offering adds to Restive's existing capabilities in data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital strategy, and tech modernisation and cloud services.

Restive launched in 2018 as a digital strategy consultancy.

It has experienced significant growth, expanding by 170 per cent year-on-year.

The company now boasts a full-service ecosystem of more than 400 tech experts across Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
