SaaS provider Access4 has appointed Matt Milne to the newly created role of chief revenue officer.
Based in Sydney, Milne will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for Access4’s go-to-market function, which includes channel sales, pre-sales, new business development, marketing and enterprise bids and tenders.
He will also work with channel partners to deliver on the company’s value proposition and to harness long term partnerships.
Milne has been with the company since October 2024 when Access4 acquired cloud communications provider Channel UC, where Milne was co-owner and director.
Since the acquisition, Access4 has integrated Channel UC’s omni-channel contact centre solutions into its SASBOSS cloud platform, with solutions across UC, CX and UX.
Access4 has also combined this with a vendor-led professional services offering to enhance its partners' ability to deploy more complex cloud communication solutions.
Access4 CEO Tim Jackson said Milne’s experience accelerating growth and leading volume transaction sales teams make him a perfect fit for the company.
“His appointment is part of our long-term strategy to build out a leadership team that represents not only the best talent in the industry, but also the team we believe can take the company to the next level, including international expansion which is on the horizon,” he said.
Milne said that since acquiring Channel UC, Access4 has strengthened its position in the market.
“I’m confident our partner-first, product-led SaaS offering has substantial runway for growth and is poised for incredible success both locally and abroad,” he said.
Access4 now has a combined transacting reseller base of just under 600 partners with over 350,000 services on the SASBOSS platform and will soon launch the Access4 Academy to upskill partner learning with self-service access to content available on demand.
The company is also about to set out on its annual six-city roadshow across Australia and New Zealand to provide partners with education and insight into new product additions.
