Enterprise Software Architects, formerly known as The Frontier Group, has blamed non-payment from two big customers for its fall into liquidation.
The Perth-based company went under owning more than $600,000 to creditors, including $438,474 to the Australian Taxation Office and $149,390 to TIBCO Software, according to documents filed with industry regulator ASIC.
The company, which was founded in 2010, owes employees $107,960 in wages and $38,772 in superannuation.
Kimberley Andrew Strickland and David Ashley Norman Hurt were appointed liquidators on 22 December 2016.
Former director Adam Fitzgerald said at the meeting of creditors that the non-payment by two large customers in late November was the main factor for the company's failure.
An ATO representative questioned the director in regards to the debt with the tax office. Fitzgerald said the debt was identified in an ATO audit and a payment arrangement was put in place in 2015 and 2016 to pay the outstanding value.
TIBCO software also enquired if any software licences were being used, and Fitzgerald clarified that no licence was in use by the company or customers.
Fitzgerald was also questioned about his employment situation, to which he claimed to be unemployed and said any future employment would be in a corporate position.
