Global provider IT management software provider Kaseya has launched new artificial intelligence-driven product capabilities, aimed at making customers more efficient and profitable.
The company is building on its Kaseya 365 platform with several capabilities designed to help customers establish stronger security postures against the latest cyber threats.
These include enhancements to its Compliance Manager GRC (governance, risk, compliance) product.
This, Kaseya claims, simplifies regulatory compliance for customers by automating risk management processes, including readiness tracking and remediation guidance.
The next generation of Kaseya's Autotask product now leverages artificial intelligence to provide customers with a recap of actions taken on IT tickets, saving time and improving documentation quality.
Another enhancement comes to the company's IT Glue Smart SOP Generator, which automates IT process documentation in real time by creating standard operating procedures.
Kaseya has also enhanced myITprocess with new capabilities that save time for IT teams by automating data gathering across platforms, including PSAs, RMMs and security tools.
The company's Vonahi division has introduced the Grey Box Internal Network Penetration Testing, allowing vPenTest to identify sensitive data and potential vulnerabilities accessible through user accounts, preventing attackers from gaining access and causing significant damage.
"We are pursuing an aggressive innovation schedule to extend our leadership in the market," Ranjan Singh, chief product officer, Kaseya, said.
"We continue to build on the Kaseya 365 platform and have launched several critical capabilities to help customers establish a solid security posture against the latest and most aggressive cyber threats, all."
