Juniper Networks has unveiled several changes to its partner program for 2025, emphasising AI-native solutions and enhanced profitability mechanisms for channel partners.
The refreshed Juniper Partner Advantage program introduces new self-service tools, simplified rewards structures, and expanded support for managed service providers.
The program introduces a points-based Seller Rewards Program integrated with Juniper's Champions community, which now includes nearly 7000 technical professionals.
Partners gain access to exclusive product discounts, deal registration incentives, and investment funds aimed at fostering new growth opportunities.
"Juniper's Managed Network Provider program equips us to extend our reach across the rapidly growing managed network services market," Cameron Quilty, chief revenue officer at Orro Group, said.
"JPA 2025 is a testament to our ongoing commitment to support partners to seize opportunities and achieve transformative growth, ultimately delivering customer satisfaction and success," Gordon Mackintosh, senior vice president, worldwide channel and commercial sales at Juniper Networks, said.
The Elite Plus Program, a key component of the revamp, delivered 38 per cent year-over-year growth in product and services sales through personalised annual business plans.
Managed Network Providers receive expanded pricing programs, tailored incentives, and enhanced self-service resources under the new structure.
The company also strengthens its Partner Service Programs, enabling partners to either resell Juniper Care or develop comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 support services.
New onboarding processes equipped with self-service tools and dashboards aim to accelerate partner adoption of Juniper practices and technology.
HPE is acquiring Juniper, with the US$14 billion deal expected to close this year.
