Jumbo Interactive, previously known as Manaccom, has announced a 185 percent jump in net profit after tax to $3.3 million and an 11 percent increase in revenue to $40 million for the first half of the financial year.
The result included losses from the Manaccom software distribution business currently in the process of voluntary administration, as well as a once-off profit of $1.7 million from the sale of Star System Solutions in November.
It was described as a vast improvement on the FY10 result, which was a loss after tax of $7.3 million due to a once-off cost write down of Manaccom.
Driectors will release FY11 profit guidance following the outcome of voluntary administration process of the software distribution business.
