Intel ANZ pulls in Washington firepower
Jennifer Mulveny

A former US lobbyist and Intel's Washington policy advocate has joined Intel ANZ to push the chip giant's agenda with government.

Jennifer Mulveny once appeared on a list of "young lobbyists with the most influence in Washington" published by the Washingtonian.

Her various high-level US roles have include working for Intel in Washington DC advocating Intel policies in the US Senate.

She has held senior roles at HP, working with HP's country directors around the world on the vendors' global trade and investment policy. Mulveny also managed HP's global policy for the company’s PC and printer business units.

Mulveny also worked at the Office of the United States Trade Representative in the Office of Congressional Affairs during the final passage of the Australia-US free trade agreement.

In Australia and New Zealand, her focus will be to educate agencies on the "efficiencies of cloud computing" and the "role Intel can play in informing consumers on critical areas such as privacy and security.” Her new title is director of cloud policy and government affairs for Australia and New Zealand.
