Ingram Micro has announced a distribution deal with digital employee experience (DEX) platform Nexthink.

Nexthink’s platform, processing billions of endpoint events daily, aims to change reactive IT into proactive, zero-ticket operations by leveraging real-time DEX telemetry and advanced AI.

As the primary distributor in Australia, Ingram Micro will deliver Nexthink’s full AI-native platform suite, including Nexthink Infinity; AI Drive for enterprise AI adoption visibility and measurement; Nexthink Spark, a personal IT agent for autonomous, context-aware issue resolution; and Nexthink Assist with generative AI diagnostics, real-time alerting, intelligent automation, and predictive remediation capabilities.

“This agreement with Nexthink further strengthens our AI ecosystem, enabling partners to address the convergence of generative AI adoption and digital workplace demands," Hope McGarry, vice president and chief country executive of Australia at Ingram Micro, said.

"As organisations increasingly adopt generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and hybrid work models, the need for proactive, AI-driven employee experience management has never been greater.

“Nexthink perfectly complements and accelerates our AI practice, giving our partners the intelligence layer they need to operationalise AI at scale while delivering measurable ROI for their customers."

“Ingram Micro’s dominant channel presence, AI distribution expertise, and Xvantage platform make them the ideal partner to scale our impact across Australia," said Rohan Woolf, ANZ director at Nexthink.

“Together, we’re equipping IT teams with the tools to turn AI from scattered experiments into enterprise-wide productivity drivers, delivering personal agents, closing value gaps, and redefining digital workplaces.”
