Inabox launches 4G mobile plans on Telstra network

Inabox has launched 3G and 4G mobile plans running on the Telstra network and will sell the plans to retail and wholesale customers.

The move allows Inabox's 440 resellers to offer a 4G mobile solution to small and medium customers.

Inabox chief executive Damian Kay said: "To be able to deliver a mobile solution with 4G capabilities to our wholesale channel and to our direct channel is a vote of confidence by Telstra in our ability to provide services of the highest standard.

"Offering this premium mobile product ensures our customers they will continue to receive market leading solutions as part of our seamlessly bundled IT and managed communication services."

Anittel, which was acquired by the Inabox Group in 2014, will also offer the solution to direct retail customers.

According to Inabox: "The product’s combined 4G, 3G and 2G network footprint covers 98.8 percent of the Australian population and is underpinned by over 4100 4G and 7000 3G sites."

Telstra in June acquired Inabox's Hosted Collaboration Solutions business, which had been part of Anittel, for $4.5 million.
