Wholesale-only ICT services aggregation marketplace Virtualplatform has introduced a white-label mobile app for Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
The launch follows on from the white label capability introduced by the platform last year.
The new mobile app allows ISPs to sign up new customers, add services and allow end-users to manage every stage of their service lifecycle - from provisioning and diagnostics to billing and payments - all under the ISP’s own brand.
The app works across multiple third party nbn and Opticomm RSPs and other AltNet providers.
Beyond direct ISP-to-customer use, the app also supports B2B2C models. Adjacent market businesses can use it to extend their brand into internet services.
For distributors and wholesalers, the app can be deployed in a multi-tier structure, giving downstream resellers a fully branded self-service experience for their end users.
Virtualplatform's 1Platform development program also allows the company to customise the mobile app to meet a customer’s needs, whether in additional integrations, bespoke workflows, or tailored branding features.
“This app puts the full power of Virtualplatform directly into the hands of our partners and their customers,” said Stuart Wallis, co-founder of Virtualplatform.
“It’s about speed to market, reducing support overhead, and delivering genuine self-service tools that improve customer engagement and retention.”
Virtualplatform launched two years ago, aiming to help MSPs simplify quantifying, comparing, purchasing, supporting and billing managed solutions products.
