Hitachi Data Systems has announced the winners of its Australia and New Zealand Partner Awards.
The awards were presented during HDS' partner summit held on the Hamilton Islands on 22-24 November.
Melbourne and Perth-based Perfekt took the partner of the year award for its ability to "develop deeper engagement with existing customers" and its record of customer acquisition in different verticals.
Perfekt is a Hitachi TrueNorth Platinum partner, a category that recognises the company's significant revenue contribution.
Brisbane-based IT solutions provider SureBridge IT won regional partner of the year for achieving more than 15 percent growth in revenue in the past year. SureBridge recently added "powered by Hitachi Data Systems" XAAS cloud offerings to its portfolio.
CSC Australia was awarded the GSI partner of the year for its commitment to helping clients "realise the benefits of cloud-enabled digital transformation".
CSC and HDS are funding business development initiatives that focus on digital transformation and cloud services.
Western Australia-based Market Creations was named new partner of the year. The company was recognised for its alignment and efforts in building and solidifying a valuable partnership over the last year.
HDS Australia and New Zealand industry and alliances solutions director Phil Teague said: "With go-to-market knowledge, specialised services, and vertical expertise, our partners are more important than ever in delivering greater value to clients as they transform in this digital economy."
