HAT Distribution has launched IT and network monitoring specialist Paessler’s MSP program for the Australia and New Zealand region.
The program offers flexible licensing reselling, with MSPs able to choose licensing structures that best suit their business models.
Tailored service offerings allow MSPs to provide bespoke solutions, with partners also able to access dedicated support, co-marketing opportunities, and customised training.
The company is also providing increased funding for co-marketing initiatives to help MSPs generate demand and raise brand awareness, as well as dedicated sales support and incentivised tiered discounting.
The launch of the MSP program follows Paessler appointing HAT Distribution as its exclusive distributor for Australia and New Zealand in 2021.
HAT Distribution director Josh Gammer said since its been Paessler's distributor, HAT has seen a growing need from partners for a solution that offers more flexibility and scalability to meet their evolving business needs.
"The launch of Paessler’s new MSP Program is the perfect next step, providing our partners with the tools and support they need to deliver tailored solutions, grow their businesses, and meet the demands of their clients in this complex IT landscape," he said.
"We’re excited to bring this program to the ANZ region following its success in Europe and the USA.”
Paessler's director of MSP Edward Knight said the launch of this program is a response to growing market demand.
"We’ve designed it to give MSPs the flexibility they need to incorporate Paessler’s industry-leading monitoring technology into their own service offerings," he said.
"With our flexible licensing and service-led model, MSPs can more easily integrate our solutions into their bespoke offerings, helping them deliver real value to their clients.”
