GrowthOps to swallow Brisbane ServiceNow partner Entrago

IT services conglomerate GrowthOps is set to acquire a tenth company, Brisbane-based ServiceNow partner Entrago.

The company, formally known as Trimantium GrowthOps, has “entered exclusive discussions” to acquire Entrago and its 19 staff.

This will be GrowthOps’ second acquisition since going public in March 2018, adding to the eight-firm merger that formed the company in December.

“With this acquisition, we believe we can execute on one of our core growth strategies — tapping into the rapid growth of the cloud ecosystems across the Asia Pacific region and helping our clients to truly optimise those platforms,” GrowthOps chairman Dominique Fisher said.

“Entrago brings to GrowthOps an experienced team and unique expertise in working alongside clients to unlock the value that ServiceNow’s digital workflow solutions offer.”

GrowthOps was originally formed with enterprise cloud and software provider 3wks, IT consulting firm Digital Moshi and mobile app developer Jtribe joining five other companies. It later acquired IT services firm Asia Pacific Digital in June 2018 for $20 million as its ninth company, as well as Accenture's Salesforce Einstein team.

GrowthOps said both parties have signed a non-binding term sheet and that the acquisition is set to finalise upon completing due diligence and negotiation of final deal documentation.
