Glean appoints Francesca Moore as ANZ vice president of sales

Enterprise AI company Glean has appointed Francesca Moore as vice president of sales for Australia and New Zealand, tasking her with leading the company's go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales and regional team growth across the region.

Moore joins from Grafana Labs, where she served as regional vice president for APAC.

Before that, she held regional leadership roles at MongoDB and AppDynamics, building teams and customer relationships across Australia and APAC.

The company positions itself as a context and intelligence layer for enterprise AI, connecting AI tools to a company's internal knowledge, people, permissions and workflows.

"Australia and New Zealand is an important growth market for Glean, and we're investing for the long term," said Amar Maletira, chief operating officer at Glean.

"Francesca brings a strong track record of scaling enterprise technology businesses in ANZ, building high-performing teams, and earning the trust of customers."
