Genesys has named its top Australia and the Asia-Pacific Software-as-a-Service partners for its fiscal year 2024.
Telstra took out the Australia Partner of the Year award, while Nexon Asia-Pacific won the AI & Digital APAC Partner of the Year award.
One NZ was awarded the CX Evolution - APAC Partner of the Year award, with Spark NZ winning the New Zealand Partner of the Year award. NTT DATA was awarded the APAC Partner of the Year award.
