Fujitsu Australia was awarded a seven year, outsourcing contract worth $21 million contract with one of Melbourne’s largest water retailers, Yarra Valley Water.
The vendor would provide outsourced desktop, network and server management and will also be responsible for the management of Yarra Valley Water’s core enterprise applications, including its customer information and billing system, as well as voice communications.
Under the terms of the agreement, Fujitsu said it would provide better service delivery to Yarra Valley Water with an integrated service desk, running CA’s Unicenter products and Sense and Respond techniques.
