Monsbourgh replaces former marketing manager Tom Lewis in the role.
He will drive the vendor's Channel 1st program and act as a spokesperson for channel initiatives.
"Fuji Xerox Printers relies on our partners' success to continue our growth in Australia and New Zealand," said James Henderson, president of Fuji Xerox Printers in Asia-Pacific and China.
"We will arm our resellers with the right tools to win business and demonstrate the value Fuji Xerox Printers can bring to their customers," he added.
Last year, Fuji Xerox printers enhanced its channel program with the announcement of the Channel 1st program including updates to the vendors deal registration program and increased rebates.
Monsbourgh will manage the marketing of Fuji Xerox Printers in both countries.
"Australia continues to be a strategic market for Fuji Xerox Printers and we will invest our resources to strengthen and grow our market share here," said Henderson.
Monsbourgh has been with Fuji Xerox Printers for more than five years.
He will continue to be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing of Fuji Xerox Printers brand across 13 countries around Asia-Pacific from the Sydney office.
