Fronde recruits Optus veteran as first-ever alliances boss

Fronde Australia has named Daniel Jurczyszyn as the first-ever general manager for strategic alliances.

Jurczyszyn (pictured) will be based in Melbourne and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners. He will initially focus on the partnership with Carlton Football Club, which was announced in March.

Jurczyszyn has 20 years of experience in telco and ICT, according to Fronde. He worked for Optus from 2002 to 2007 when he was the strategic projects manager. He then joined Alphawest, which is now part of SingTel Optus, where he worked in marketing and strategy.

Jurczyszyn then held senior roles at Split Thinking, ClickSoftware and, most recently, FieldForce4 - where he was the company's director.

"Daniel is a dynamic and charismatic leader with a very strong background in business, marketing and corporate development. We look forward to having Daniel join our extended senior leadership team," Fronde chief executive Anthony Belsham said.

Jurczyszyn is also a mentor within the Females in Information Technology and Telecommunications organisation.

Fronde is an IT provider with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in Australia, Auckland and Wellington in New Zealand, and Manila in the Philippines.

Fronde Australia recorded 99.13 percent revenue growth in 2014-2015, registering $11,074,265 in total sales - good enough to make number 11 in the 2015 CRN Fast50.
