Fortinet recognises top Australian cybersecurity partners

Fortinet has announced the winners of its 2024 Australia Partner of the Year Awards, recognising organisations that have excelled in delivering cybersecurity solutions across various sectors.

Telstra claimed the top honour as Australia Partner of the Year, with Fortinet's enterprise PotY being NTT DATA.

CBR Cyber took out the government PotY gong, and LAB3 won growth partner of the year.

Fortinet's managed security services provider (MSSP) of the year was mcr IT, and Ip.Glass was named the security vendor's operational technology PotY.

Scyne Advisory, Aussie Broadband, and Wavelink were recognised as Fortinet's partners of the year for security operations, telco and distributor, respectively.

Fortinet's annual awards honour partners who have demonstrated revenue growth, investment in training, and innovation in delivering tailored security solutions.

"These partners play a vital role in Fortinet's mission of providing effective cybersecurity solutions and have excelled in addressing customer challenges with precision, innovation, and dedication," John Milionis, director of channel and distribution for Australia at Fortinet said.

Fortinet emphasised its commitment to supporting partners through its Engage Partner Program, which provides enablement tools designed to address challenges created by work-from-anywhere models and hybrid IT environments.

The vendor's Security Fabric approach aims to secure customers' entire infrastructure from data centres to cloud environments, providing partners with opportunities to differentiate their offerings.
