NBNCo has appointed Debra Connor as the organisation's company Secretary.
The role at NBNCo will cover governance and administration.
Connor will be responsible for supporting the Board in all of their duties, said Kevin Brown, head of Corporate Services at NBNCo.
Connor leaves a three year stint as the Board Secretary at the Port of Melbourne Corporation.
Before that, she spent seven years with SMS Management & Technology Limited.
Connor will be based in Melbourne and commence her role in June, 2010.
