Four-year-old systems integrator Tecala is looking to team up with business software resellers to provide virtualised infrastructure optimised for running ERP and CRM applications.
"We can make their applications perform at their best" in terms of user satisfaction and reliability, Tecala chief executive Gleuto Serafim (pictured at right), said.
Tecala supports highly available databases by focusing on virtualisation-based infrastructure optimisation. The integrator had built an optimisation ICT model with standardised inputs and outputs so that customers could get measurable results for application performance, Serafim said.
"We have had very good proven results against bigger systems integrators," Serafim said, who has worked as a Microsoft architect in Redmond HQ and as a consultant with Digital, IBM Global Services Australia and Microsoft Australia.
The integrator has 25 staff in two Sydney offices, in North Ryde and Norwest, where its network operations centre is based.
There were "less than 20" EMC resellers in Australia that have achieved Premier status, Serafim said.
