Dynatrace has announced the appointment of James McCready as its VP of Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ).
In his new role, Singapore-based McCready will chart the company’s overall growth strategy across the region while supporting customers with observability, security, and business analytics and automation solutions.
He joins Dynatrace with over 25 years' sales management and leadership experience, having most recently served as VP and managing director at ServiceNow.
In that role, McCready drove the company’s APJ business strategy for growth and diversification and led the partner strategy with distributors, resellers and global systems integrators across the region.
He previously spent over four years at Adobe as president of Japan and later president of Asia-Pacific.
McCready also worked for Dell EMC for over two decades in multiple senior leadership roles.
“Dynatrace is committed to serving the region’s customers with the best technology available, helping organisations optimise cloud costs, enhance data observability, and reduce carbon footprint," McCready said.
"I look forward to empowering organisations across the region to drive digital transformation at scale and help teams build and operate software faster and more efficiently.”
