Palo Alto Networks has appointed Distribution Central as an Elite Authorised Support Centre (ACS), and the first distie in Australia and New Zealand to achieve this status.
The Elite ACS was awarded to Distribution Central for its ChannelSupport service delivering consistently below regional average in escalations to the vendor.
The distie's benefits from Elite ASC status includes direct access to senior TAC engineers and a seat on the ASC Advisory Council.
“Distribution Central has made some significant investments in the Palo Alto Networks channel and we’re seeing the results of that investment less than two years since the start of our distribution partnership,” said Distribution Central managing director Nick Verykios.
The ChannelSupport service offers level one and level two helpdesk support and delivers Palo Alto Networks advance hardware replacement (DC FireBlanket) and PANassist.
Last year, Distribution Central was awarded ANZ Distribution Partner of the Year and APAC Distributor of the Year at the Palo Alto Networks partner conference.
