Cybersecurity and digital risk protection vendor Digimune has launched Spanish IT support company AnyTech365's service offerings across Australia, as the local partner.
The partnership introduces a 24/7 multilingual technical support service that targets managed service providers (MSPs), consumer electronics retailers, broadband providers and B2B distributors as primary partnership opportunities.
AnyTech365 operates across more than 25 countries with over 400 qualified technicians providing real-time assistance in 15 languages.
The company was founded in 2014 and handles remote support for PCs, smartphones, tablets, routers and smart TVs.
Digimune has an existing partnership with AnyTech365 in South Africa currently.
AnyTech365's business model allows partners to monetise technical assistance through revenue-sharing instead of treating customer service as a cost centre.
Partners receive toll-free support lines or stickers to bundle with their products at no upfront cost.
"This is a zero-risk, high-reward model for Australian partners," Simon Campbell-Young, managing director of Digimune, said.
"Whether you're a retailer, telco, electronics brand or distributor, you can now offer best-in-class support to your customers whilst building a new revenue stream."
