Enterprise service assurance software vendor BMC and Dicker Data have signed a distribution agreement for the former company's artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to businesses across Australia and New Zealand, to address growing data management challenges in the region.
The partnership enables organisations to access BMC's portfolio of AI-powered solutions through Dicker Data's extensive channel network, with flexible deployment options including Software as a Service (SaaS) and on-premises installations.
Customers will benefit from advanced AI capabilities across network monitoring, infrastructure management, application workflow orchestration, asset discovery, service management and automated mainframe intelligence.
The partnership strengthens Dicker Data's offerings in automation, operations and service management segments, providing more options for partners specialising in these technologies.
