Datacom and Rimini Street partner to extend Oracle and SAP support across ANZ

Datacom has signed a reseller agreement with Rimini Street, enabling the Australasian technology services provider to offer third-party support for Oracle and SAP software to its public and private sector customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Under the deal, Datacom will include Rimini Support as part of its core platforms portfolio, offering level 4 support services, security and compliance solutions to clients running perpetually licensed versions of Oracle and SAP software. Customers can maintain their existing systems without being required to upgrade or surrender their licences.

Rimini Street claimed the arrangement can deliver savings of up to 90% on enterprise software support costs, freeing IT budget to be redirected toward cloud migration, digital transformation and AI projects.

Rimini Street described the deal as a first-of-its-kind partnership for the company in the region.
