Brisbane-headquartered managed service provider Data#3 has been named Cisco Asia-Pacific, Japan and China (APJC) customer experience partner of the year.

The company was honoured at Cisco's partner conference in Miami, where it also picked up the software partner of the year award for the sixth consecutive year.

"We are very excited to be named APJC CX partner of the year," Data#3's national manager for annuity and customer success Amanda Toogood said.

"This is fantastic recognition for the team within Data#3 who work tirelessly with our customers, helping them to maximise the value from their technology investments."

"This award further solidifies the unique lifecycle approach we've developed with Cisco, which is a cornerstone of our strategy." 

The award recognises Data#3's commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences in collaboration with Cisco.
