The City of Tea Tree Gully has awarded the company a contract to provide an integrated communication solution for their voice and data network.
Colin Shackleford, IT manager The City of Tea Tree Gully said the IP based solution developed will give the council a consistent IP based telephony system across three towns and over nine sites and home offices.
"A great facet of what Data Mobility Voice presented to us was that the cost of this system is almost totally offset by the first year's annual line rental savings this solution will deliver," said Shackleford.
"In future we are investigating how we can link and exchange information with other councils like Kangaroo Island so this system is something that delivers now and will only get better in the future."
The deal comes on the back of three other South Australian Council wins including Kangaroo Island, the City of Gawler and Alexandrina Council.
Ackland said the company develops communications solutions utilising the latest technology to simplify and increase customer outputs.
