Darwin reseller partners with ShoreTel

TTS is an IT equipment provider who specialises in WAN, networking and infrastructure support.

The opportunity to partner with ShoreTel arose when Michael Feldbauer MD for TTS started looking at alternative vendors to broaden the company's sales platform, and provide newer technology solutions in its portfolio.

"It was a good fit for our existing product base and complements what we offer," he said.

"We really liked the integration of the software as well as the quality of the hardware and ongoing support from ShoreTel."

Feldbauer said he conducted comparative reviews of solutions from a number of vendors and found that ShoreTel's UC solutions are suited to WAN and multisite set-ups, which is a focus at TTS.

The ShoreTel UC solution is already proving to be popular among TTS's clients, including a large health organisation; Top End Association of Mental Health (TEAM Health) which has placed an order on 70 handsets.
