D-Link looking for resellers for its VoIP VoiceCentre

The VoiceCentre Microsoft Response Point phone system virtualises the IP-PBX on the customer premises.

Response Point  includes voice activated dialling and voicemail access, outlook integration, PSTN and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

It has support for up to  50 users per system and is targeted at small to medium sized businesses that are growing quickly.

According to Maurice Famularo, marketing dirctor D-Link A/NZ it is being sold through the channel and needs System Integrators to offload it.

"It's beneficial for resellers who want to enhance their portfolio and the support they provide to customers or for resellers who are looking for something totally different," he said.

"The VoIP telephone system is a cost-effective solution targeted at small businesses.

"It gives resellers an extra service revenue because they will be able to provide a support and service to the customer," added Famularo.

The solution will be sold through Ingram Micro and has attracted a dozen resellers to its training program next month.

D-Link will also be announcing a new global Partner Program this year.
