CyberArk and SentinelOne team up for endpoint security

Cybersecurity providers CyberArk and SentinelOne said they have integrated their platforms to enhance protection against privileged access misuse, and to strengthen endpoint security.

The collaboration combines SentinelOne's Singularity Endpoint solution with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager to create a unified security framework powered by artificial intelligence.

It enables organisations to detect and prevent ransomware attacks through privilege control, continuous monitoring and detailed analysis while maintaining user productivity.

"In a multi-cloud world, organisations are looking for new ways to secure identities and must prioritise implementing identity-centric endpoint security controls and system hardening to prevent cyberattackers from gaining a foothold," Clarence Hinton, chief strategy officer at CyberArk, said.

"SentinelOne recognises that cybersecurity is a team sport," Melissa K Smith, vice president of strategic technology partnerships and initiatives at SentinelOne, said.

Mutual customers will gain enhanced threat detection capabilities through new CyberArk identity data available in SentinelOne's Singularity platform for AI-powered security information and event management.

The partnership aims to accelerate threat identification and response times while simplifying deployment through cloud-based solutions, helping organisations protect against the growing threat of credential theft and privileged access exploitation.

SentinelOne appointed Brad Perriott in January this year as its new regional chief for Australia and New Zealand.
