CRN Pipeline: Microsoft Channel Sales Director Sarah Bowden to chart next steps in Copilot partner journey

We are excited to announce that Microsoft Asia Channel Sales Director Sarah Bowden will take the stage at CRN Pipeline 2024 on August 13 to lay out the next steps in the Microsoft AI partner journey.

Bowden’s keynote at the 5-Star Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast will take place soon after Microsoft Inspire, where Microsoft is expected to share strategic priorities, investments and key changes for the coming year.

At Pipeline, she will talk about some of these developments and the next steps of Microsoft's AI partner journey, what it means for partner businesses, including MSPs, and strategic decisions they can make to position their channel firms to benefit.

Bowden is responsible for delivering Microsoft’s Asia regional channel sales strategy, driving growth and innovation with Microsoft's Cloud, AI and productivity solutions through partners including distribution, licensing solution partners, telcos, hosters and system integrators.

With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, including supporting Microsoft partner sales, strategy and solutions, she has an impressive view of growth and innovation in the regional partner channel.

Pipeline attendees will also hear from a small-to-midsize Copilot partner and customer who will discuss their Copilot journey, the implications GenAI is having for their businesses and the road ahead.

Later the same day, CRN will introduce channel partners, including MSPs, on stage to discuss how they see their businesses changing in a world where customers’ GenAI use is growing, and how they are positioning to capitalise on what’s coming next.

These sessions will be a valuable opportunities for MSPs and other IT channel firms to learn about the latest GenAI developments and what they mean for channel businesses.

They will be a part of a dynamic three days of CRN Pipeline expert talks, panel discussions, roundtables, awards and networking designed to help attendees adapt to evolution of the channel landscape and within their businesses, and how they can evolve professionally as leaders.
