COSOL will resell Holocentric enterprise modelling solutions and develop custom-built ERP Best Practice Accelerators using Modelpedia.
"Modelpedia solves a perennial dilemma faced by professional services firms," said Bruce Nixon, CEO of Holocentric.
"How do you leverage specific expertise to deliver faster, more cost-effective solutions to clients while being properly rewarded for the intellectual property you have developed?"
COSOL provides technology based services and solutions for the global resources and asset industries.
Clients include Xstrata, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Queensland Rail, Fortescue Metals, Goro Nickel, Lihir Gold, Newcrest Mining, Woodside Energy and Tarong Energy.
"Holocentric's solutions provide clients with 'information accountability'- aligning what they expect their processes to be with what actually occurs," said Mark Cooper, director COSOL.
"Enterprise modelling achieves this by providing visibility into who owns what processes, what their responsibilities are and what systems support them.
"COSOL ERP Accelerators based on Holocentric Modelpedia will embed our intellectual property around SAP, Ellipse and other systems into best practice models which ensure the correct interactions between people, processes and systems," he added.
The ERP Accelerators will open up new markets for COSOL, bringing the company new clients in existing markets and opening up new sectors and markets.
"Modelpedia creates a very powerful differentiator for us," said Cooper.
"Clients already recognise us as a strong resource in consulting services.
"Creating ERP Accelerators adds strength of credibility around our intellectual property.
"With Modelpedia we can encapsulate a whole generation of thought within a powerful, easy to use framework."
