Compuware wants new ANZ boss to drive channel sales
Compuware's Anthony Clarke

Compuware has appointed Anthony Clarke as regional director for Australia and New Zealand.

Clarke's Sydney-based position will see him oversee customer account management and is expected to accelerate the adoption of the company's application management solutions in both the public and private sectors.

Some 70 percent of Compuware's Asia Pacific revenues flow through channel partners and with Clarke's appointment, the company is looking emulate this figure in the ANZ region.

Clarke brings more than 20 years of IT experience, having worked with the likes of Hitachi, Sun Microsystems and StorageTek.

Steve Jobson, vice president of Compuware Asia-Pacific, expressed confidence towards Clarke's appointment and expects his service delivery and customer service experience when it comes to "working with business partners and customers to create the optimal service and market momentum environment."
