Data security company Cohesity has named Paul Henaghan as its managing director for Australia and New Zealand.
He replaces Michael Alp, who has moved to Nutanix as managing director for ANZ.
Henaghan brings a track record of success across Asia Pacific and EMEA, having delivered revenue growth, market share gains, and operational excellence for companies like Workday and Dell EMC.
In his new role, Henaghan will lead Cohesity's operations in the region, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring value delivery to customers and partners.
A key focus for Henaghan will be expanding Cohesity's capabilities to help customers build and maintain cyber resilience amid growing data breach threats.
"In a time when cyber resilience is paramount for all organisations, I am exceptionally proud to lead the talented team at Cohesity as we work to safeguard Australian and New Zealand organisations from the increasing threat of cyberattacks", Henaghan said.
Kit Beall, global chief revenue officer for Cohesity said Henaghan's is a proven industry leader and innovator, with the Australia and New Zealand market being an important one, adopting technologies that support productivity and enhance competitive advantage.
