Cellnet company secretary resigns

ASX-listed Cellnet has appointed financial controller Christopher Barnes as company secretary.

Barnes replaced Don Mackenzie who resigned from a part time contract in that role.

Barnes has been with Cellnet since 2006.

Stuart Smith's role as managing director was unaffected. 

Cellnet announced a net profit for the for first six months of its financial year of $1.524 million and increase of 64 percent from the previous corresponding period.
