Canberra ISV ArchTIS signs DXC as first reseller

Canberra-based secure collaboration software vendor ArchTIS has signed DXC Technology as its first channel partner.

DXC will resell ArchTIS’ Kojensi platform as a managed service to its National Security Community clients (ten intelligence agencies under the remit of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Department of Home Affairs and Department of Defence).

In an ASX announcement (pdf) released today, ArchTIS revealed that DXC has bought a 50-seat licence for Kojensi Enterprise for demos in its Canberra office.

DXC account general manager Ric Bulluss said the platform is “a fantastic addition” to the company’s national security practice offerings.

“We see this platform as the perfect solution to solving the complex problem of sharing sensitive classified information. The Kojensi platform will remove the need for Government Security Agencies to continue to develop costly isolated networks and get on with the job of sharing intelligence, quickly, collaboratively and securely,” Bulluss said.

“As a managed service this will allow them to refocus precious resources on other more important priorities, like looking after our national security. We look forward to using the platform internally, and adding it to our company offering.”

ArchTIS said the reseller agreement provides the company a new sales channel and complements other relationships established over the past year, and expects to see its user base increase with similar partnerships in the future.

DXC will work closely with ArchTIS on sales opportunities, product implementation and training, transferring product knowledge and developing capability throughout the company.

ArchTIS chief executive Daniel Lai said the agreement is an “important step” for the company.

“DXC recognise the impact that Kojensi will have for the National Intelligence Community and have partnered with us to offer Kojensi as a service to the National Intelligence Community in Australia.”
