Brisbane payments provider Touch2Pay raises $3.2 million

Touch2Pay in Brisbane which offers payments solutions said it has closed another fund raising round, bringing in a further $3.2 million in Series A2 capital from existing and new investors.

The company was founded in 2020 by Stanley Hancock and Alyson Joyce, along with seed founders JM Parc in Singapore, and fashion retailer Rob Cromb.

It provides Payments-Switch and terminal aggregation, and has partnered with PHOS Ingenico for softPOS [point of sale] technology for Google Android and Apple iOS platforms.

Touch2Pay intends to use the new funding to accelerate product development and to expand its market reach with enhanced customer support capabilities.

The latest round brings the total capital raised by Touch2Pay to $6.3 million.

Founder and chief executive of Touch2Pay Stanley Hancock said the successful latest funding round is a significant milestone for the company.

"It not only validates our vision but also empowers us to continue our journey in transforming the payments landscape," Hancock said.

"Our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions has been instrumental in driving our growth, and we are excited about the new opportunities this capital injection will unlock," he added.
