Bosley, an Australian AI consulting firm specialising in workforce solutions, and Eightfold AI, a company specialising in AI-native workforce intelligence, have partnered with the aim of accelerating skills-based workforce transformation in the ANZ region.
Eightfold's Talent Intelligence Platform, which Bosley will implement across Australian enterprises, offers AI-powered candidate matching that surfaces best-fit talent based on skills, capabilities, and real-time work context; dynamic understanding of employee skills, aspirations, and daily work to surface personalised growth opportunities; and predictive analytics to anticipate talent needs, close skill gaps, and optimise resource allocation.
It also offers built-in bias mitigation through Equal Opportunity Algorithms and transparent AI decision-making, as well as integration with existing HR systems including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
Eightfold will provide the AI platform and global talent dataset, while Bosley will deliver the implementation methodology, change management expertise, and local market knowledge.
Bosley's existing client work in AI strategy development and agent implementation across Australian organisations provides a foundation of local case studies and implementation patterns that aim to de-risk enterprise adoption.
"Australian organisations are facing unprecedented workforce challenges—skills shortages, rapid technological change, and the imperative to unlock internal talent mobility," said Andrew Hill, CEO and founder of Bosley.
"Eightfold's platform represents the most sophisticated talent intelligence technology available globally, but technology alone doesn't drive transformation. Our role is to bridge that gap—helping Australian executives understand what's possible and guiding their teams through adoption that delivers measurable business impact."
"The Australian market represents a significant opportunity for skills-based transformation," said Andy Brockhoff, VP of Asia-Pacific for Eightfold AI.
"Bosley's deep expertise in workforce transformation and their proven ability to help organisations adopt AI in practical, measurable ways makes them an ideal partner to bring our talent intelligence capabilities to Australian enterprises. This is about combining world-class technology with implementation expertise that understands the local market."
