Avnet has signed with Super Micro to distribute its server portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Partners will have access to blades, chassis, GPU systems, motherboards, networking solutions, power supplies, servers, server management software, storage technologies, SuperRack cabinets/accessories and workstations.
Avnet partners will also be able to offer pre-configured, fully-tested solutions based on Super Micro technology, according to the distributor.
Super Micro's technologies accessible to resellers includes products for advanced server Building Blocks Solutions, cloud computing, as well as Hadoop, the vendor's scalable enterprise IT and big data solution.
