Australian software developer Coordimax plans to tap the lucrative SME market after it inked a distribution deal with Ingram Micro.
Coordimax develop a suite of software applications designed to automate business processes, capture data and process it for management decision making.
Martin O’Connor, managing director of Coordimax, said Australian resellers can now engage with customers on a more strategic business level.
“Traditionally, Coordimax has targeted the big end of town, but we now realise our technology also has the potential to deliver great value for SMEs,” he said.
O’Connor said Coordimax could have either scaled up its services capabilities or form a go-to-market strategy with Ingram. Since the Ingram signing Coordimax can now pass its services onto resellers, he said.
“With Ingram Micro’s vast reseller community, including those specialist SME resellers, it will now be easier for smaller businesses to benefit from the Coordimax solutions,” he said.
O’Connor added when resellers provide more services, customers view them as a firm which can provide a complete offering, which will create repeat business.
Guy Freeland, managing director of Ingram Micro Australia said, “Coordimax’s application suite covers CRM, sales force automation, document management, quality assurance and human resources.”
