Australian-born CPaaS provider Soprano Design has shared an award with BT Group at the Smarter Working Live Awards 2024 for its "Patient Concierge" solution used within the United Kingdom's National Health Service (NHS).
Soprano Design and BT received the Smarter Workflows Award for the solution, which automates patient interactions and provides reminders and updates.
It received the award "for its impact in reducing Did Not Attends (DNAs) and streamlining clinical pathways within the NHS", according to a press release attributed to Soprano Design.
Soprano Design was established in Sydney, Australia in 1994 as a software consulting firm specialising in object-oriented software development.
“We are excited to see our Conversational AI-driven solution recognised for its impact on improving healthcare workflows and driving better outcomes,” said Richard Favero, Soprano Design founder and chairman.
The "Patient Concierge" solution also won the Best AI Chatbot Solution award at the Juniper Research Future Digital Awards in 2024.
