Global technology solutions provider Arrow Electronics has announced the general availability of ArrowSphere Assistant, which is an AI-powered copilot tool designed to help channel partners optimise their customers' cloud businesses on the ArrowSphere Cloud platform.
ArrowSphere Assistant aims to provide channel partners with deeper data insights and visual aids, while enhancing cloud management efficiency and performance at scale.
It is designed to improve operational workflows by reducing manual data processing and the number of clicks required.
Early adopters have reported positive experiences with the tool, Arrow said.
Ninety per cent of current users rate the assistant's capabilities at 8 or above on a 10-point scale, and more than 94 per cent would recommend it to others.
Arrow introduced the AI business companion to address critical cloud business areas, including uncovering new business opportunities, improving FinOps activities, and enhancing understanding of customers' security postures.
"Combining the power of generative AI with ArrowSphere Cloud's powerful data allows this tool to go beyond just answering cloud queries, but guide channel partners to new heights of cloud service excellence," Eric Gourmelen, chief technology officer of global ArrowSphere Cloud and AI, said.
The ArrowSphere Assistant has been in limited release since March 2024, undergoing testing by Arrow's global network of channel partners.
